David grew up in Anaheim, California where values such as tenacity, problem solving, listening and courage were instilled from a very young age.

 

David has 23 years of management consulting across USA, Japan, Australia & New Zealand and has worked directly under Michael Hammer, James Champy, Fred Wiersema – original thought leaders on Reengineering and Value Disciplines.

 

With years of experience David has engaged in reengineering across airline, banking, telco, insurance, postal & energy and deep strategy expertise in building materials and construction. He also wrote early stage strategies for the NZ Green Building Council, for NZ Home Star rating tool (now adopted by Auckland City Council on all new developments) and helped establish the Construction Strategy Group – a senior executive level industry body for engaging with government on policy issues.
